摘要 目的:为踝关节损伤的预防、治疗、康复及训练提供一定的理论基础和依据。方法:该研究对踝关节疲劳前后峰值力矩、关节角度位置误差及最大等长峰值力矩值的复制能力三项指标进行测试。结果:踝关节疲劳后位置觉的关节角度、25%最大等长力量的复制能力比疲劳前均显著性升高。结论:最大等速向心运动使踝关节局部肌肉疲劳后,踝关节的位置觉、肌肉力觉相较于疲劳前下降。 Objective:To provide theoretical basis for the prevention,treatment,rehabilitation and training of ankle injury.Methods:Three indexes of peak torque,angle error and maximum equal length peak torque were tested in this study.Results:The joint angle and the reproducibility of the maximum isometric force of 25%were significantly higher than those before fatigue.Conclusion:The position and muscle force of the ankle joint decreased compared with that of the ankle joint after local muscle fatigue.
