疲劳干预对男子跳远运动员落地动作的ACL动态载荷影响

Influence of Fatigue Intervention on ACL Dynamic Load of Landing Motion of Male Long Jumper——Based on Inverse Dynamics Algorithm

摘要 招募20名男子专业跳远运动员进行实验,基于逆向动力学算法(ATSF1)探究疲劳干预方案对男子跳远运动员落地动作的ACL动态载荷影响,结果显示:跳远运动员落地动作ACL动态载荷的主要表现是下肢三关节矢状面角速度特征和下肢三关节额状面角速度特征,以及冲击力和负载率.疲劳干预方案能对跳远运动员的髋关节、膝关节及踝关节矢状面和额状面的触地角速度、最大角速度及最小角速度产生显著性影响;疲劳干预后落地时对跳远运动员下肢三关节的逆向冲击力和负载率明显下降. Twenty professional male long jumpers were recruited for the experiment.Based on inverse dy⁃namics algorithm(ATSF1),the influence of fatigue intervention on ACL dynamic load of male long jump⁃ers landing action was explored.The results showed that:the main performance of ACL dynamic load in long jumper landing action is the sagittal Angle and frontal Angle of three joints of lower limbs,impact force and load rate.Fatigue intervention program can significantly affect the angular velocity,maximum angular velocity and minimum angular velocity of sagittal plane and frontal plane of hip joint,knee joint and ankle joint of long jumper.After the fatigue intervention,the reverse impact force and load rate of the long jumper’s lower limb three joints decreased obviously.
