摘要
新中国经济社会建设大体可以划分为改革开放前后两个历史时期:改革开放以前,建立并实行了计划经济体制,强化政府对经济的高度调控;改革开放以后,逐步建立并完善社会主义市场经济体制,不断发挥市场对资源配置的作用。两个时期面临不同的历史任务,新中国奇迹般地正确选择并适时实行了两种不同的经济体制,充分发挥了两个时期的体制优势并取得了经济建设与社会发展的巨大成就,两个时期创造了互相联系的两个奇迹。
The economic and social construction of the New China can be roughly divided into two historical periods before and after the reform and opening up.Before the reform and opening up,a planned economic system was established and implemented to strengthen the government’s high degree of economic control;after the reform and opening up,the socialist market economic system was gradually established and improved,and the market’s role in resource allocation was continuously brought into play.The two periods undertake different historical tasks,and the New China miraculously correctly selected and implemented two different economic systems at the right time,giving full play to the institutional advantages of the two periods and achieving great achievements in economic construction and social development.The two periods created two miracles interconnected.
