摘要
中国仅用几十年时间就走完发达国家几百年走过的工业化历程,创造了经济快速发展和社会长期稳定两大奇迹。工业化既是经济问题又是政治问题,工业体系兼具经济效应与政治效应,从工业体系视角分析中国工业化历程具有重要的理论意义、历史意义和现实意义。本文以马克思的分工理论为基础,认为工业体系是由具有紧密经济技术联系的多种部门和多个企业共同组成的工业经济网络。工业体系特有的经济效应可以从分工-市场互动的循环累积机制得到解释,政治效应在于实现经济安全和国家安全。在工业体系建设的过程中,需要解决三个问题:工业体系建设目标如何确定、经济体制如何与工业体系相适应、开放战略如何与工业体系相适应。中国在解决上述问题的过程中,实现了工业体系从无到有、从小到大的发展。在工业体系从大到强的新征程上,中国应当坚持党的领导,坚定不移推进工业体系建设,构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制,推进高水平对外开放,以积极主动的姿态保持和实现产业链供应链稳定,为实现中华民族伟大复兴创造坚实的物质条件和基础。
China has experienced the industrialization process in just a few decades,which took developed countries hundreds of years,creating two miracles:rapid economic development and long-term social stability.Industrialization is both an economic and political issue,and the industrial system has both economic and political effects.It is of great theoretical,historical and practical significance to analyze the process of China's industrialization from the perspective of the industrial system.Based on Marx's theory of division of labor,this paper holds that the industrial system is an industrial economic network composed of various departments and enterprises with close economic and technological relations.Its unique economic effect can be explained from the circular accumulation mechanism of Labor Division-market interaction,and its political effect lies in the realization of economic security and national security.In the process of industrial system construction,three problems need to be solved:how to determine the objective of industrial system construction,how to adapt the economic system to the industrial system,and how to adapt the opening-up strategy to the industrial system.In the process of solving the above problems,China has achieved the development of its industrial system from scratch and from small to large.On the new journey from a large industrial system to a strong one,China should adhere to the leadership of the Party,unswervingly promote the construction of the industrial system,build a high-standard socialist market economy,promote high-standard opening-up,take a proactive attitude to maintain and achieve stability of the industrial chain and supply chain,and create a solid material condition and foundation for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
