摘要
马克思提出的社会再生产过程的四个环节生产、分配、交换与消费可以解释目前资本主义制度下因疫情导致的经济滑坡,相比之下,中国经济复苏最重要的原因在于基本经济制度优势。社会主义制度下社会再生产过程与资本主义制度下存在本质区别,尤其是基本经济制度的所有制结构、分配制度、市场体制三者对社会再生产过程的四个环节分别起到了激励与促进恢复的作用,以公有制为主的基本经济制度是生产恢复的制度基础,按劳分配为主的分配制度是分配改善与消费红利优势的体现,社会主义市场经济体制优势的发挥更加离不开交换过程。基本经济制度的内容是相互关联的整体,是根植于中国大地的经济制度基础,疫情期间中国的经济复苏离不开基本经济制度优势。
In contrast to Marx's four links of the social reproduction process—production,distribution,exchange and consumption,which can explain the current economic downturn caused by the epidemic under the capitalist system,the most important reason for China's economic recovery lies in the advantages of the basic economic system.There is an essential difference between the reproduction process under the socialist system and the capitalist system.In particular,the ownership structure,the distribution system,and the market system of the basic economic system play a role in stimulating and promoting the recovery of the four links of social reproduction.The basic economic system dominated by public ownership is the institutional basis for production recovery,and the distribution system dominated by distribution according to work is a manifestation of the improvement of distribution and the advantages of consumption dividends.The advantages of the socialist market economic system are more inseparable from the exchange process.The content of the basic economic system is an interrelated whole,and it is the foundation of the economic system rooted in the land of China.China's economic recovery during the epidemic could not have been achieved without the advantages of the basic economic system.
