摘要
科技强检分为设备科技化、信息化和智慧检务三个阶段。智慧检务是大数据时代检察机关的全新运行模式,当前智慧检务发展中,数据智能应用迅速推进、感知智能应用亮点纷呈、认知智能应用不断深入。然而,却存在一定的发展隐患:信息共享与数据安全的矛盾、客观数据与人为导入的矛盾、技术研发与重复建设的矛盾以及科技进步与基础落后的矛盾等。对此,应当改进信息共享的统一性、数据导入的客观性、技术研发的沟通性以及智慧建设的均衡性,实现科技强检新的跨越式发展。
Strengthening procuratorate through science and technology can be divided into three phases: technological equipment, informatization and intelligent procuratorate.Intelligent procuratorate is a new operation mode for procuratorial organs in the era ofbig data. In the current development of intelligent procuratorate,application intelligent data advances rapidly with highlighted application of intelligent perceptio and deeper application of intelligent cognition. However,the current situation exis some development worries: the conflict between information sharing and da security,the conflict between objective data and human input,the conflict betwee development of technology and redundant construction,and the conflict betwee technological advancement and poor infrastructure. Therefore,we should improve th unity of information sharing,the objectivity of data input,the communication technology development and the balance of intelligent construction,so as to realize new leap-forward development of strong procuratorate through science and technology.
