摘要 为研究^(60)Co-γ辐照处理红景天的抗疲劳作用,以30只体重为20~30 g的昆明种小鼠,随机分为6组:空白对照组(蒸馏水灌胃)、刺五加阳性对照组(300 mg/kg·bw)、辐照红景天提取物低(100 mg/kg·bw)、中(200 mg/kg·bw)、高(400 mg/kg·bw)剂量组、未辐照红景天提取物高(400 mg/kg·bw)剂量组,连续灌胃3周。灌胃结束后测定小鼠的爬杆和游泳时间,肝、肌糖原和血乳酸含量。与空白对照组相比,5个剂量组在延长爬杆和游泳时间,增加肝、肌糖原含量和降低血乳酸含量方面具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。红景天经辐照处理后更明显地延长小鼠爬杆时间和游泳时间,并明显地增加小鼠的肝糖原、肌糖原含量,降低血乳酸含量,证明红景天经辐照处理后有显著的抗疲劳作用。 In order to study the anti-fatigue effects of ^(60)Coγirradiated Rhodiola,30 weighing 20-30 g Kunming mice were randomly divided into six groups:blank control group(distilled water gavage),Acanthopanax senticosus positive control group(300 mg/kg·bw),irradiated Rhodiola extract low(100 mg/kg·bw),medium(200 mg/kg·bw),high(400 mg/kg·bw)dose groups,unirradiated Rhodiola extract high dose group(400 mg/kg·bw),and were gavaged continuously for 3 weeks.The climbing time,swimming time,liver glycogen,muscle glycogen and blood lactic acid content of each group mice weredetermined.Compared with the blank control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05)in extending climbing and swimming time,increasing liver glycogen and muscle glycogen content and decreasing blood lactic acid content of mice in five dose groups.After irradiation,the climbing time and swimming time of the mice were obviously extended,the contents of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen of mice were significantly increased and the content of blood lactic acid was reduced.It proved that Rhodiola rosea has a significant anti-fatigue effect after being irradiated.
