摘要
血乳酸是体育科学研究中历史最长、应用最为广泛的指标之一。组织中HbO2 的含量与运动员氧摄入能力之间亦有密切的关系。通过血红蛋白分析器测定血红蛋白含量 ,运用荧光酶微量法测定血乳酸浓度及PO2 ,探讨运动时HbO2 与血乳酸浓度变化的关系 ,并建立两者间的数学模式。为人体组织中血红蛋白含量的无损、动态、实时监测提供理论依据。
Blood lactate acid is a most widely used index with a long history in sports science researches. There is close relationship between the amount of HbO 2 in the tissues and the ability of oxygen take-in of the athletes.By using hemoglobinmetry in measuring the amount of hemoglobin and fluorescence enzyme in measuring blood lactate acid density and PO 2,this paper probes into the relationship between HbO 2 and the variations of blood lactate acid density.The maths models between them are established so as to provide theoretical basis for non-trauma,motion and real-time monitoring of hemoglobin in man's tissues.
