摘要
乒乓球教学是我国高校体育教育的重要组成部分,需要采用科学合理的方法进行教学,使学生能够充分掌握教师所传授的知识和技能,促进学生体育素质的发展。而领会教学法对提升高校乒乓球教学质量有着较好的积极作用,能够促进技战术教学的顺利进行,调动学生的学习积极性,使学生能够逐渐形成良好的终身体育意识。为充分发挥领会教学法在高校乒乓球教学中的作用,该文主要分析研究领会教学法在高校乒乓球教学中的应用,希望能为高校乒乓球教学的发展提供有利依据。
Table tennis teaching is an important part of physical education in colleges and universities in China.It n eeds t o a dopt s cientif ic a nd r easonable methods t o t each,s o t hat s tudents can fully g rasp the knowledge and skills taught by teachers,and promote the development of students'physical quality.Understanding the teaching method has a good positive ef fect on improving the quality of table tennis teaching in colleges and universities,can promote the smooth progress of technical and tactical teaching,mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn,and enable students to gradually form a good sense of lifelong sports.In order to give full play to the role of understanding teaching method in college table tennis teaching,this paper mainly analyzes the application of understanding teaching method i n college t able tennis teaching,hoping to provide a favorable basis for the development of college table tennis teaching.
