摘要
目的分析中药饮片配方质量的提高对中药处方用药合理性及用药安全性的影响。方法抽取2018年和2019年收治的使用中药饮片治疗的236例患者进行研究,将2018年未实施中药饮片配方质量管理的118例设为对照组,将2019年实施中药饮片配方质量管理的118例设为研究组,观察2组用药的合理性和安全性。结果研究组用药的总有效率明显比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组处方不良事件总发生率明显比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组用药后不良反应的总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中药饮片配方落实质量管理,可以大大改善中药处方用药的合理性,提高用药安全性,减少不良事件的发生率,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the influence of the improvement of the quality of TCM decoction formulas on the rationality and safety of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.Methods A total of 236 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces treated in our hospital in 2018 and 2019 were selected for study.118 cases without the quality control of traditional decoction pieces of Chinese medicine in 2018 were set as the control group,and the quality control of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine in 2018 was implemented.Of the 118 cases,the study group was set up to observe the rationality and safety of medication in both groups.Results The effectiveness of the medication in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group;the probability of adverse reactions to prescriptions in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the probability of adverse reactions after medication in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The ratio was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing quality management on the formula of Chinese medicine decoction pieces can greatly improve the rationality of the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the safety of medication,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and is worth promoting.
