摘要
目的通过对中药饮片的处方分析,提高饮片调剂质量。方法以传统中医药理论、《中华人民共和国药典》和《中药处方格式及书写规范》为指导,采用列表分析的方法,分析和讨论选取的187张处方资料。结果影响调剂质量的相关因素包括:医师处方不合格53张(28.34%);药师调配错误124张(66.31%);饮片质量问题10张(5.35%)。结论采取保证药品质量、加强人员管理、完善药品调配规程等措施,可确保临床用药安全有效,更好地发挥中药饮片防病治病的作用。
Objective Through the analysis of prescriptions of herbal decoction pieces,the quality of dispensing is to be improved. Methods With the guidance of the traditional Chinese medicine theory,People’s Republic of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and The Format and Writing Standard of the Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine,187 selected prescriptions were analyzed and discussed by using the method of list analysis. Results The related factors affecting the quality of the dispensing include 53 unqualified doctors,prescriptions(28. 34%),124 dispensing mistakes(66. 31%) and 10 quality problems(5. 35%). Conclusion We should take some measures, such as guaranteeing the quality of drugs,strengthening the management of personnel and perfecting the regulations of drug dispensing to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication for herbal decoction pieces playing a better role in prevention and treatment of disease.
