摘要
急诊科是医患矛盾突出、医疗纠纷高发科室,急诊医师不同于其他科医师,除要求具备专业知识外,还要有较强的危重症意识及应急沟通协作能力。而急诊课堂教学多以急救知识的灌输和急救技能的模仿为主,学生缺少对紧急场景的体验,缺乏紧急情况下的应急救治能力,初到临床常易引发矛盾和冲突,因此,急诊教学中应加强对学生的危重症意识的培养及应急能力的训练。
Emergency department is a department with high doctor-patient conflicts and high medical disputes.In addition to requiring professional knowledge,physicians in emergency department also require strong consciousness of critical and the emergency ability.The teaching in emergency classroom mainly teaches the knowledge and skill of emergency treatment.It is very important in training the consciousness of illness and emergency communication and cooperation ability of students in the emergency teaching。
