微课结合CBL教学法在急诊临床实习生带教中的应用

摘要 目的研究分析急诊临床实习生带教中应用微课结合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的临床价值。方法选择2022年1—12月在南京医科大学附属无锡市人民医院急诊临床实习的实习生30名,按照随机数表法分为参照组(n=15)与观察组(n=15),参照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用微课结合CBL教学法,比较两组实习成绩、实习思维能力、教学满意度。结果观察组理论成绩、操作成绩均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与参照组相比,观察组评判思维能力、分析能力、逻辑性、解决问题能力分值明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于参照组,观察组教学满意度明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课结合CBL教学法在急诊临床实习生带教中的应用效果明显,能够进一步提高实习生的实习成绩,增强实习生的实习思维能力,同时还可以提高实习生的教学满意度。 Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of applying micro-lecture combined with case teaching method(case-based learning,CBL)in the teaching of emergency clinical interns.Methods Thirty interns in the emergency department of Wuxi People's Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into the reference group(n=15)and observation group(n=15)according to the random number table method.The reference group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the micro-class combined CBL teaching method.The results,thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and operational scores of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the scores of judging thinking ability,analytical ability,logicality and problem-solving ability in the observation group were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the teaching satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of micro-lecture combined with CBL teaching method in the teaching of emergency clinical interns is obvious,which can further improve the interns'practice performance and enhance the interns'practice thinking ability.At the same time,it can also improve the teaching satisfaction of interns.
