摘要
抗苗勒管激素(AMH)是转化生长因子-β超家族中的一种糖蛋白,也称为苗勒氏管抑制因子,它在组织生长和分化的调节中发挥重要作用。女性体内的AMH由卵巢内窦前卵泡和小窦卵泡的颗粒细胞分泌,AMH可抑制原始卵泡的初始募集,减少原始卵泡的耗损;AMH可降低生长卵泡对卵泡刺激素刺激的反应性,影响卵泡的发育与优势卵泡选择。因此,AMH异常可导致卵泡发育障碍性疾病,其中多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)及卵巢早衰(POF)的发病基础均为卵泡发育障碍,且与AMH异常密切相关,文章就AMH在卵泡发育障碍性疾病中的作用以及针灸治疗AMH相关的PCOS和POF这两种卵泡发育障碍性疾病的治疗现状作一简要分析。
Anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)is a glycoprotein in the transforming growth factor-βsuperfamily,also known as Müllerian canal inhibiting factor,which plays an important role in the regulation of tissue growth and differentiation.AMH in the female body is secreted by granulosa cells from preantral follicles and small sinus follicles in the ovary.AMH can inhibit the initial recruitment of original follicles and reduce the loss of original follicles.AMH can reduce the reactivity of growing follicles to follicle stimulating hormone stimulation,and it can affect the development of follicles and selection of dominant follicles.Therefore,abnormal AMH can lead to follicular dysplasia diseases,among which polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and premature ovarian failure(POF)are both based on follicular dysplasia,and they are closely related to AMH abnormalities.This paper will make a brief analysis of the role of anti-muller-hormone in follicular dysplasia diseases and the treatment status of two kinds of follicular dysplasia diseases related to AMH,PCOS and POF,by acupuncture treatment.
