摘要
卵巢早衰(POF)严重影响女性的身心健康。韩氏妇科认为,造成卵巢早衰主要原因其根本在肾,且与肝密切相关,一般多由先天禀赋不足、后天损伤或水不涵木致肾虚肝郁。韩氏妇科以"肝肾学说"为指导,提出治疗本病当重在补肾,勿忘调肝,兼顾它证。立益肾调肝,养血调冲之法,并注重预防和调摄。
Premature ovarian failure （POF） seriously affects women＇s physical and mental health. HANs＇ gynecology believes that the main cause of POF is radically in the kidney, and is closely related to the liver. Generally, kidney deficiency and stagnation of liver qi are caused by the insufficiency of natural endowment, acquired injury or water falling to nourish wood. HANs＇ gynecology uses ＇liver and kidney theory＇ as a guide and proposes that the treatment of this disease should be focused on toning the kidney, not forgetting to regulate the liver, and considering its other syndromes. The methods of liver-regulating and kidney-tonifying, blood-nourishing and thoroughfare vessel-regulating are set up, and it should pay attention to the prevention and health maintenance of the disease.
