摘要
目的了解深圳市≥40岁人群对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)知识知晓现状与影响因素,为制定慢阻肺防控策略提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取深圳市36个现场调查点4 157例≥40岁居民进行面对面问卷调查,共3 591例居民完成问卷,3 588份有效问卷纳入分析,对调查对象的人口学特征及其慢阻肺疾病名称知晓情况进行频数和百分数描述,对调查对象慢阻肺疾病名称知晓情况的主要影响因素进行分析。结果深圳市≥40岁人群对慢阻肺疾病名称知晓率16.28%(584/3 588),男性15.11%(242/1 602),女性17.22%(342/1 986)。慢阻肺疾病名称知晓率与性别、职业和文化程度相关,男性低于女性、专业技术人员高于非专业技术人员、大专/本科及以上文化程度者知晓率最高(P<0.05)。结论深圳市≥40岁人群对慢阻肺疾病名称知晓现状尚不容乐观,需加大宣传力度,对重点人群加强健康教育,提高居民知晓率,提高慢阻肺防控工作成效。
Objective To understand the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) awareness among residents aged ≥40 years in Shenzhen and to discuss the related factors, so as to provide evidence for disease prevention and control. Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 4 157 residents aged≥40 years from 36 field investigation spots in Shenzhen and a face to face questionnaire survey was conducted.A total of 3 591 residents completed the questionnaire, and 3 588 valid questionnaires were included in the analysis.The demographic characteristics and COPD awareness were described and the influencing factors for the awareness were analyzed. Results The overall awareness rate for COPD was only 16.28%(584/3588), with 15.11%(242/1 602) in males and 17.22%(342/1 986) in females.The awareness rate for COPD was associated with gender, occupation and education.The awareness rate was higher in females than in males and in professionals than in non-professionals, it was the highest in residents with college/bachelor degree and above(P<0.05). Conclusions The awareness rate for COPD in residents aged ≥40 years is relatively low, therefore, it is necessary to strengthen health education to improve the awareness level of residents for COPD, which may help the prevention and control of COPD.
