教育现代化下高校外语教师学习共同体构建——以湖南工程学院为案例 被引量:2

摘要 教师专业化发展是实现我国“教育现代化2035”的关键要素,而外语教师学习共同体构建是其专业成长的基石。对教育现代化下教师学习共同体的内涵及特征展开分析,并明确其必要性。以湖南工程学院为案例,从内化、外化和互动三重维度出发,来构建高校外语教师学习共同体,认为内化取决于教师主体,外化在于机制和环境创设,互动是多元整合的过程,最终实现高校外语教师跨越式发展,达到“教育现代化2035”的既定目标。 The professional development of teachers is a key element in realizing China’s Education Modernization 2035,and the construction of a foreign language teachers’learning community is the cornerstone of its professional growth.This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the teachers’learning community under educational modernization and clarifies its necessity.Then,from the three dimensions of internalization,externalization and interaction,it aims to build the learning commonality of foreign language teachers’in colleges and universities.It is believed that internalization depends on the teacher,externalization lies in the creation of mechanisms and the environment,and interaction is a muti-integrated process.Finally,foreign language teachers can have leap-flogged development and China can reach the established goal of Education Modernization 2035.
