摘要
从古至今,虫类药因其独特的药物属性和专门攻冲的药用效果,在临床各类疑难杂症的治疗中备受青睐。近年来,虫类药在肝病治疗中的应用越来越受重视。本文就虫类药在肝病(慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化腹水、原发性肝癌)治疗中的认识、经验及药理研究加以分析总结,望对临床医生有所裨益。
Since ancient times,insect drugs have been widely used in the treatment of various kinds of difficult and miscellaneous diseases because of their unique drug properties and special medicinal effects.In recent years,with the incidence rate of chronic liver disease increasing year by year,the application of insect drugs in the treatment of liver disease has been paid more and more attention.This article will try to analyze and classify the knowledge,experience of ancient and modern doctors and modern pharmacological research results in the treatment of liver diseases(chronic hepatitis B,ascites due to cirrhosis,primary liver cancer)in order to benefit clinicians.
