摘要
[目的]观察大黄蛰虫丸联合干扰素-a治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效。[方法]将60例随机分为两组。对照组30例干扰素-a,隔日肌注。治疗组30例大黄蛰虫丸3g/次,2次/d,早晚口服,干扰素-a用法同对照组。观察肝功能、乙肝病毒基因、血清纤维化、血常规指标。两组均连续用药48周后进行疗效判定。[结果]肝功能、HBV-DNA、血清纤维化、血常规指标两组均有明显改善,治疗组改善优于对照组。症状、体征积分及总积分两组均有明显改善,治疗组改善优于对照组。[结论]大黄蛰虫丸联合干扰素-a治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效理想,优于单用干扰素-a。
[Objective] To observe the Dahuang Zhechong Pill and Interferon-a in the treatment of chronic hepatitis.[Methods] 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases of the control group Interferon-a,after intramuscular injection.30 cases in the treatment group the Dahuang Zhechong Pill 3G,2 D,sooner or later oral,Interferon-a usage with control group.Observation of liver function,hepatitis B virus gene,serum fibrosis,blood routine index.The two groups were continuous medication 48W after therapeutic efficacy.[Results] Liver function,HBV-DNA,serum fibrosis,blood of both groups showed significant improvement,improvement of the treatment group than the control group.Symptoms,signs and the total score points in both groups improved significantly improve the treatment group than the control group.[Conclusion] Dahuang Zhechong Pill and Interferon-a in the treatment of chronic hepatitis with interferon-ideal,better than the single a.
