摘要
目的分析探究消化内镜技术在消化道早癌诊断治疗中的效果观察。方法选取山东省平原县第一人民医院于2017年3月~2020年3月收治的98例消化道早癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组予以开腹手术治疗,观察组予以消化内镜手术治疗,每组各49例,对比两组患者手术时间、住院时间以及各种类型的并发症等。结果观察组患者手术时间与住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组患者并发症发生率(P<0.05)。结论消化道早癌通过消化道内镜技术予以诊断治疗效果显著,缩短患者手术治疗时间,减少住院天数,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze and explore the effect of digestive endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of early cancer of the digestive tract.Methods Our hospital in March 2017 to March 2020 were analyzed in 98 cases of digestive tract cancer patients early as the research object,by using the random number table method is divided into control group and observation group,laparotomy was performed in the control group and digestive endoscopic surgery was performed in the observation group,all the 49 cases in each group,compared two groups of patients with operation time,length of hospital stay,and various types of complications,etc.Results The operative time and in the hospital in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis and treatment of early cancer of the digestive tract through gastrointestinal endoscopy has a significant effect,shortening the time of surgical treatment and reducing the length of hospital stay,which is worthy of clinical application.
