摘要
目的探讨消化道早癌应用消化内镜技术诊治的效果。方法选择该院2018年4月-2019年4月收治的消化道早癌患者,从中按标准选择82例作为该次研究的对象,数字法随机分为两组,各41例。两组患者采用不同手术方式,试验组患者采用消化内镜手术治疗,参照组采用传统手术方式治疗。比较两组诊断符合率、手术指标、并发症发生率。结果试验组诊断符合率为97.56%,参照组诊断符合率为92.68%,试验组高于参照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。从手术指标上来看,试验组手术时间为(37.03±2.03)min、住院时间为(6.20±0.31)d、术后VAS评分为(2.51±0.15)分,均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.174、4.026、3.816,P<0.05)。试验组术后并发症发生率为2.44%,明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.302,P<0.05)。结论消化内镜技术可以较好地诊断消化道早癌,将其应用于手术治疗中可以缩短手术与住院时间,减轻患者的疼痛感,安全性更高。
Objective To investigate the effect of digestive endoscopy on early digestive tract cancer.Methods A total of 82 patients with early gastrointestinal cancer treated in the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected,and 82 cases were selected as the object of this study according to the standard.The number method was randomly divided into two groups,each group had 41 cases.The two groups of patients adopted different surgical methods.The patients in the experimental group were treated with digestive endoscopy.The reference group was treated with traditional surgical methods.The diagnostic compliance rate,surgical indicators,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate was 97.56%in the test group and 92.68%in the reference group.The test group was higher than the reference group.The two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).From the perspective of surgical indicators,the operation time in the test group was(37.03±2.03)min,the length of hospital stay was(6.20±0.31)d,and the postoperative VAS score was(2.51±0.15)points,which were better than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.174,4.026,3.816,P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 2.44%,which was significantly lower than that in the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.302,P<0.05).Conclusion Gastrointestinal endoscopy can be used to diagnose early gastrointestinal cancer,and its application in surgery can shorten the time of surgery and hospitalization,reduce the pain of patients,and has higher safety.
