摘要
目的对在腰椎间盘突出并腰椎管狭窄症的临床治疗中应用传统手术及经皮椎间孔镜技术的疗效进行比较。方法选择我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎管狭窄患者共计90例作为本次研究的纳入对象,选取时间段为2018年2月-2019年3月,按照不同手术方法将这些患者分为两组,传统手术组有45例,经皮椎间孔镜技术组有45例。传统手术组应用传统手术方式治疗,经皮椎间孔镜技术组应用经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗,然后对比两组患者的疗效。结果在围手术指标上,经皮椎间孔镜技术组均优于传统手术组(P<0.05)。在VAS评分方面,经皮椎间孔镜技术组低于传统手术组(P<0.05)。在JOA评分和ODI评分方面,治疗前两组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在腰椎间盘突出并腰椎管狭窄症的临床治疗中应用经皮椎间孔镜技术具有创伤小的优势,可以极大降低患者的疼痛感,促进患者术后康复。
Objective To compare the efficacy of traditional surgery and percutaneous intervertebral foramen in the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods A total of 90 patients with lumbar disc herniation combined with lumbar spinal stenosis admitted in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The selection period was February 2018-March 2019.These patients were divided into two according to different surgical methods In the group,there were 45 cases in the traditional surgery group and 45 cases in the percutaneous intervertebral foramen technical group.The traditional surgical group was treated with traditional surgical methods,and the percutaneous intervertebral foramen technology group was treated with percutaneous intervertebral foramen technology,and then the efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results In the perioperative indicators,the percutaneous intervertebral foramenoscope group was superior to the traditional surgery group(P<0.05).In terms of VAS scores,the percutaneous intervertebral foramenoscope technique group was lower than the traditional surgery group(P<0.05).In terms of JOA score and ODI score,the difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the difference between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis,the application of percutaneous intervertebral foramenoscope has the advantage of less trauma,which can greatly reduce the patient’s pain and promote the patient’s postoperative recovery.
