人文艺术熏陶让自然科学家更优秀?——基于236篇杰出科学家传记的内容分析 被引量:1

Does the Edification of Humanities and Arts Make Natural Scientists Better? Based on Content Analysis of 236 Biographies of Outstanding Scientists

摘要 杰出科学家的成功经验对于优秀科技人才的培养有重要参考价值。通过236位科学家传记的内容分析,研究发现:文理兼修是杰出科学家成长经历的共性特征;诺贝尔科学奖得主的人文艺术涉猎尤为突出;人文艺术熏陶强化和丰富了科学家科学活动所需的认知技能、思维方式、创造心境以及价值追求。据此,研究提出了鼓励科技后备人才多样化兴趣培养,增加科技人才所处环境人文艺术熏陶以及加强科技人才非学术范畴形象塑造等建议。 The successful experience of distinguished scientists is of great reference value to the cultivation of outstanding scientific and technological talents. In the study, content analysis was conducted on 236 biographies of scientists. The results show that dabbling in both the arts and sciences is the common characteristic of the growth experience of outstanding scientists;Nobel laureates in science dabble more prominently in the humanities and arts;the edification of humanities and arts strengthens and enriches the cognitive skills, ways of thinking, mood creation and value pursuit needed by scientists in scientific activities. Accordingly, some suggestions are put forward: encouraging the diversified interest cultivation of science and technology reserve talents, increasing the edification of humanities and arts in the environment of science and technology talents, and strengthening the image building of scientific and technological talents in non-academic areas.
