教育学博士学位获得者中师承效应的量化研究——基于历届高校科学研究优秀成果奖(人文社会科学)教育学获奖者的同期群分析 被引量:7

摘要 师生间的知识传承能继承、发扬学术思想,对精英人才的成长具有重要促进作用。以1995—2015年共7届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(人文社会科学)教育学类博士学位获奖者为研究对象,采用定量的方法分析获奖者的师承效应。发现"师承效应"与"成果产出年龄""获奖年龄""博士学位年龄"之间呈显著负相关。同时,随着"师生关系步长"的增加,"博士学位年龄""成果产出年龄""获奖年龄"分别下降1.14岁、2.73岁、2.86岁。诠释了师生间知识的传承和发展可以显著缩短博士生做出科研成果和获得学术认同所需的时间,最终促进人才的成长。 The inheritance and development of knowledge between teachers and students make the academic thought and the essence of the inheritance and development at the same time, the growth of the elite talent has an important role in promoting. Under the tutelage of the effect of the seven session 1995-2015 of the scientific research institutions of higher learning outstanding achievement award (Humanities and social science)education doctoral degree winners as the research object, and the method is quantitative analysis of winners. "Enlightening effect" and "the age of results", "the age of winning", "the age of doctor" had a significant negative correlation. At the same time, with the increase of the length of tutor-student chains, "the age of doctor", "the age of resuhs", "the age of winning" was 1.14years old, 2.73years old, 2.86years old. The inheritance and development of knowledge among teachers and students can significantly shorten the time for the doctoral students to make scientific research and obtain the academic approval, and ultimately promote the growth of talents.
