摘要
上海人工智能产业的发展历程可以说是中国人工智能产业发展的缩影,呈现出鲜明的“头雁效应”。目前人工智能研究大多从人工智能技术及应用层面出发,较少结合城市特点研究。分析上海市自身特点及优势,结合人工智能应用情况,同时借鉴国外城市人工智能发展经验进行研究。研究得出结论:上海人工智能应用要以智能汽车为突破口,率先形成引领并提高人工智能开发利用质量以及科技创新能力的产业。
Shanghai artificial intelligence industry development is showing a distinct“head goose effect.”The development of Shanghai artificial intelligence industry can be regarded as the epitome of China’s artificial intelligence industry.At present,most of the re⁃search on artificial intelligence is based on the technical level and application of artificial intelligence,and limited research is com⁃bined with urban characteristics.Combing the characteristics and advantages of Shanghai,as well as with the specific application of ar⁃tificial intelligence,we conduct research by learning from the experience of foreign cities to develop artificial intelligence.It is found that Shanghai should take artificial intelligence vehicle as the breakthrough point in the application level,take the lead in forming and improving the quality of big data development and utilization and the ability of scientific and technological innovation.
