摘要
宏基因二代测序(mNGS)是近年来新兴的病原学检测方法。其可对标本中所有微生物进行测序,并通过一系列的生物信息分析识别出病原体。与传统检测方法不同,mNGS具有快速鉴定、全面覆盖、灵敏度高等特点,在多种感染性疾病中均可应用。作为常见的感染性疾病,肺部感染的全球发病率及病死率均较高,且其致病病原体复杂,给临床诊治带来一定困难。对于不同类型的肺部感染mNGS的临床诊断价值均较高,但也不可避免地存在一定局限性。未来应专注如何解决这些局限性,以便更好地优化mNGS在临床中的应用。
Metagenomic next-generation sequencing(mNGS)is an emerging pathogen detection method in recent years.It can sequence all microorganisms in a specimen and identify the pathogen through a series of bioinformatics analysis.Different from traditional detection methods,it has the characteristics of rapid identification,comprehensive coverage and high sensitivity,which can be utilized in a variety of infectious diseases.As a common infectious disease,the global morbidity and mortality of pulmonary infection are high,and the pathogens are complex,which brings difficulties to the clinical diagnosis and treatment.For different types of pulmonary infection,the clinical diagnostic value of mNGS is high,but there are inevitably some limitations.In the future,we should focus on how to solve these limitations in order to optimize the clinical application of mNGS.
