摘要
目的:探讨以“ETC教学法”为核心的教学模式在针对中医专业硕士研究生临床教学中的应用及其作用。方法:选取参加中医执业医师规范化培训中医专业硕士研究生184人,随机分为传统教学组(92例)和“ETC教学法”教学组(92例),前者采用传统教学法,后者采用“ETC教学法”教学法。轮转结束后,采用问卷调查及考核的方式对两种教学模式加以评估,分别采用秩和检验和t检验做统计学分析。结果:问卷调查结果显示,与传统教学组相比,临床带教和中医专硕生对“ETC教学法”教学模式反馈评价更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。考核结果显示,两组教学质量相比,在技能考核成绩[(90.4±5.5)分vs(82.7±6.8)分]及病例分析能力[(88.6±4.7)分vs(75.7±4.2)分]两方面“ETC教学法”教学组均显著优于传统教学组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组理论考核成绩[(78.4±4.5)分vs(76.5±5.2)分]比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:以“ETC教学法”为核心的教学模式可提高中医专业学位临床研究生的临床能力,而且在促进中医专业学位研究生临床实践积极性、理论转换为临床思维等方面有明显提高的作用,该法值得在中医专业学位研究生临床能力培养教学中推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application and role of the teaching mode centered on"ETC teaching method"in clinical teaching for postgraduates of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 184 TCM graduate students who participated in the standardized training of TCM practitioners were randomly divided into the traditional teaching group(92 cases)and the"ETC teaching method"teaching group(92 cases).The former used the traditional teaching method and the latter used the"ETC teaching method".After the rotation,the two teaching modes were evaluated by questionnaires and assessments,and the rank sum test and t test were used for statistical analysis.Results:The results of the questionnaire survey showed that,compared with the traditional teaching group,the feedback from the clinical students of TCM"ETC teaching method"teaching mode was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The evaluation results showed that the teaching quality of the two groups was compared,the skills assessment results of two groups were[(90.4±5.5)points vs(82.7±6.8)points]and case analysis ability was[(88.6±4.7)points vs(75.7±4.2)points].Both were significantly better than the traditional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the theoretical assessment results of the two groups[(78.4±4.5)points vs(76.5±5.2)points]were compared.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:"ETC teaching method"as the core teaching mode can improve the clinical ability of clinical graduates of traditional Chinese medicine,and it plays an important role in promoting the enthusiasm of clinical practice and transforming theory into clinical thinking of TCM graduate students.It is worth popularizing and applying in the teaching of clinical competence training of TCM graduate students.
