摘要
针对湖北省存量建设用地消化处置"旧账刚清、新账又出"和"前清后乱"问题,集中推进批而未供土地消化处置,文章介绍了湖北省自然资源政务云平台的建设状况及其在建设用地智能审查中的功能和应用。以批而未供批文调整业务为例,2019年7月到2020年8月一年时间的审查补正情况的统计显示,该系统的应用在很大程度上提高了审查效率、缩短审查时间、提高审查精准度。
Aiming at the problems of digestion and disposal of existing construction land in Hubei Province,such as"old accounts have just been cleared,new accounts have come out again"and"just clearing the before but jumbling the after",promoting the digestion and disposal of approved but not provided land,this paper introduces the construction status of Hubei provincial natural resources government cloud platform and its function and application in the intelligent review of construction land.Taking the business of approval document adjustment for approved but not provided land as an example,the statistics of one-year reviews and corrections from July 2019 to August 2020 show that the application of the system improves the review efficiency,shortens the review time and improves the review accuracy to a great extent.
