摘要
随着大数据技术的蓬勃发展,军事院校教育教学工作在信息化时代背景下,迎来了新的机遇与挑战。该文通过阐述大数据的价值及其对军事院校教学改革的影响,本着以部队需求为导向,以构建三位一体的新型军事人才体系为目标,对新时期的军事院校教学改革进行积极探索,结合自身教学实践,从教学模式转变、教学资源优化、教学保障建设等方面提出了几点建议和思考,加强新时代的军事人才队伍建设,为培养高素质的军事人才奠定基础。
With the vigorous development of big data technology,the education and teaching work of military colleges and universities has been confronted with new opportunities and challenges under the background of information age.By expounding the value of big data and its influence on the teaching reform of military colleges and universities,this paper actively explores the teaching reform of military colleges and universities in the new period,which is guided by the demand of troops and aiming at constructing a new military personnel system of trinity.Combined with its own teaching practice,this paper puts forward some suggestions and thoughts from the aspects of teaching mode transformation,teaching resource optimization and teaching guarantee construction so as to strengthen the construction of military talents in the new era and lay the foundation for training qualified military talents.
