摘要
目的:评价临床药师抗感染会诊干预的效果,探讨可能影响抗感染会诊结局的相关因素。方法:对本院2019年1~12月临床药师抗感染会诊病例进行回顾性分析,以抗感染会诊干预效果作为结局指标,同时收集影响结局指标的相关变量。采用χ^(2)检验进行单因素分析,采用logistic回归模型分析影响抗感染干预效果的相关因素。结果:最终纳入2019年1~12月的有效抗感染会诊病例765例,治疗有效率为74.77%(572例)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,低蛋白血症、肝肾功能不全、体温以及会诊意见采纳情况是影响抗感染治疗效果的重要因素。结论:临床药师抗感染会诊干预能改善患者抗感染治疗的效果;未来需进一步探讨有效的临床药师干预方式。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of anti-infection consultation intervention by clinical pharmacist and explore the related factors that may affect the outcome of consultation.Methods:Consultation records of clinical pharmacists from January to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital.The efficacy of anti-infection treatment was set as outcome indicator,and relevant variables affecting the outcome indicator were collected.Univariate analysis was performed usingχ^(2)test,and logistic regression was adopted to analyze factors affecting the effects of anti-infection consultation.Results:765 cases with effective anti-infection consultation from January to December 2019 were finally included.The effective rate of anti-infective treatment was 74.77%(572 cases).Multi factors logistic regression indicated that hypoproteinemia,liver and kidney dysfunction,body temperature,acceptance to the consultation played essential roles in the outcome of anti-infection treatment.Conclusion:The anti-infection consultation by clinical pharmacists can improve the efficiency of treatment.Future research should focus on identifying the most efficient clinical pharmaceutical interventions.
