摘要
随着我国临床药师制的实行和临床药学工作的深入开展,临床药师作为临床治疗团队的重要成员直接参与患者的药物治疗已成为常规工作,在这一过程中临床药师所面临的职业风险已成为需要重视的问题。本文初步分析、评估了临床药师岗位责任方面可能面临的医疗风险及其特点,并对如何规避风险进行了探讨。
Clinical pharmacists have been taking part in clinical pharmaceutical therapy as the member of medical team made up of physicians, nurses and pharmacists. More attention should be paid to the professional risk of clinical pharmacists during their working process. The medical risks which clinical pharmacists may be in face of are analyzed and estimated in this paper. Measures of risk avoidance are also mentioned.
