摘要
进入新时代,习近平秉承了中国共产党注重调查研究的优良传统,以解决国际国内突出矛盾和重大问题为导向,高度重视调查研究在治国理政中的重要作用,强调调查研究是制定和实施决策的前提条件,是做好领导工作的一项基本功,是密切联系群众的重要途径和加强作风建设的切入点,要求全党尤其是领导干部大兴调查研究之风,不断提高调查研究能力,并提出了领导干部要亲自出马、要眼睛向下,先当学生,不耻下问,在求深、求实、求细、求准、求效上下功夫等具体要求,为践履调查研究提供了引领指导。习近平总书记关于调查研究的重要论述,体现了人民性与党性高度契合、理论性与实践性辩证统一、集中性与常态性有机结合的鲜明特色,为新时代大兴调查研究之风提供了认识论、方法论指导。
In a new era,Xi Jin-ping adheres to the CPC’s fine tradition of stressing investigation and research and attaches great significance to the important role of investigation and research in governance to solve prominent international and domestic contradictions and major issues.He emphasizes investigation and research is a prerequisite for making and implementing decisions,a basic skill for good leadership,an important way to closely contact the masses,and an entry point for strengthening work style construction.The Party,especially the leading cadres,is required to promote the trend of investigation and research,and constantly improve the ability of investigation and research.Providing leading guidance for the practice of investigation and research,Xi puts forward the specific requirements for leading cadres of investigating and researching in person,holding a down-to-earth style,be as studious as students,asking good questions,and working hard for depth,truth,detail,accuracy and efficiency.President Xi Jin-ping’s important remarks on investigation and research embody the distinctive features of the high agreement between the people’s spirit and the party spirit,the dialectical unity of theory and practice,and the organic combination of concentration and normality.
