摘要
习近平关于调查研究的重要论述,既蕴含着缜密的逻辑体系,又具有鲜明的现实要求。就价值意蕴而言,有利于科学决策和精准施策、有利于疏解矛盾和解决问题、有利于加强党内作风建设和提高党员干部能力;就理论溯源而言,马克思主义关于调查研究的相关论述、中国共产党百年调查研究的历史经验、中华优秀传统文化蕴含的调查研究的思想和智慧为其提供了深厚的理论根基;就鲜明特色而言,呈现出坚持实事求是与人民立场相统一、坚持问题导向与与时俱进相统一、坚持求真务实和守正创新相统一的理论品格;就实践要求而言,调查研究要深入细致和讲究实效、要坚持制度化和常态化、要坚持调查和研究的有机结合。
Xi Jinping’s important discussion on investigation and research not only contains a meticulous logical system,but also has clear practical requirements.Firstly,in terms of the meaning of its value,it helps make scientific decisions and precise policies,resolve conflicts and solve problems,as well,strengthen the building of the Party’s work style and improve the ability of the Party’s cadres.Secondly,as far as the trace of the theory is concerned,solid theoretical foundations have been built thanks to both the investigation and research of Marxist discourse and the historical experience of the Communist Party of China in the past 100 years,not to mention the wisdom embodied in the excellent traditional Chinese culture.Thirdly,speaking of its vivid characteristic,it owns a theoretical character which shows the insistence on unifying seeking truth from the facts with people’s positions,problem-oriented with keeping pace with the times,and being pragmatic with integrity and innovation.Last but not the least,based on practical requirements,investigation and research should be thorough,detailed and practical and most importantly,organic combination while adhering to the rules of institutionalization and normalization.
