超高分子量阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺P(AM-AC)的制备研究 被引量:2

摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM)与丙烯酸(AC)为反应单体,采用水溶液聚合法在复合引发体系下制备超高分子量阴离子聚丙烯酰胺,重点探讨引发剂的用量、单体浓度、初引发温度、pH值等因素对聚合物特性黏数的影响。实验结果表明,最佳的制备工艺参数如下:氧化还原引发剂的质量分数为0.025%,二级引发剂偶氮二异丁咪唑啉盐酸盐(V-44)的质量分数为0.084%,单体占总反应体系的质量分数为25%,初引发温度为4~5℃,pH值为7.5~8。此时,制得阴离子聚丙烯酰胺的特性黏数可达26.83 L/g,黏均分子量约为2400万。 A series of ultrahigh molecular weight anionic polyacrylamide P(AM-AC)were prepared by using acrylamide(AM)and acrylic acid(Ac)as raw materials,based on the polymerization of water-soluble monomer initiated by redox initiator.The dosage of initiators,total monomer content,the pH value of polymerization were studied in detail.The optimized strategy was obtained as follows:the dosage of redox initiators was accounting for 0.025%of that of monomer,the occupying ratio of the dose of 1,2-Bis(2-(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-yl)propan-2-yl)diazene dihydrochloride(V-44)compared to that of monomer was 0.084%,total monomer content was accounting for 25%of total solution content,the reaction temperature was 4~5℃and the pH value of the polymerization system was 7.5~8.The value of intrinsic viscosity of P(AM-Ac)prepared by the optimization of polymerization process reached up to 26.83 dL/g and the value of viscosity-average molecular weight of P(AM-Ac)was 24 million.
