摘要
为了解决普通的聚丙烯酰胺相对分子量低造成的聚丙烯酰胺溶液黏度较小、在油田运用中效果较差的问题,主要对水溶液聚合法、反相聚合法、沉淀聚合法、胶束聚合法、辐射聚合法、光引发聚合法等其它合成超高分子量聚丙烯酰胺的方法进行了阐述,综述了超高分子量聚丙烯酰胺的各种合成方法、合成特点、适用条件以及大规模工业化生产的利弊,并对未来超高分子量聚丙烯酰胺的研究方向进行了展望。
In order to solve the problem of low viscosity of polyacrylamide solution caused by low relative molecular weight of ordinary polyacrylamide and poor application effect in oil field,this paper mainly describes other methods of synthesizing ultra-high molecular weight polyacrylamide,such as aqueous solution polymerization,reverse phase polymerization,precipitation polymerization,micellar polymerization,radiation polymerization,photoinduced polymerization,and summarizes various synthesis methods of ultra-high molecular weight polyacrylamide,the characteristics of synthesis,application conditions,advantages and disadvantages of large-scale industrial production,and the research direction of ultra-high molecular weight polyacrylamide in the future are prospected.
