摘要
前言中综述了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺CPAM“水包水乳液”的概念、用途、制法及相对于粉状和凝胶状产品的优点。简介了由丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、稳定剂、引发剂在水溶液中制备质量分数0.20的CPAM“水包水乳液”的方法。3个实验室合成样阳离子度22.83%-28.01%,分子量分布很宽,在1.0 mol/L NaCl中30℃特性黏度[η]184.5-232.8 mL/g;小试样阳离子度26.98%,[η]=254.7 mg/L。在偏光显微镜下可见数百纳米至2μm的粒子。黏度30 mPa.s的实验室样和1600 mPa.s的小试样用蒸馏水稀释至质量分数0.16-0.08时形成凝胶,稀释至质量分数≤0.053后形成流动性好的水溶液。用所合成的“水包水乳液”处理胜利辛一联含油426.5 mg/L、矿化度51347 mg/L的含铁污水,去浊率随加量增大而增大,同时加入100 mg/L的PAC可使最大去浊率由70%增至97%;CPAM分子量和阳离子度越高,则絮凝效果越好;加入100 mg/L的PAC和0.5 mg/L的CPAM使污水含油降低95.4%-97.1%。在辛一联污水站,在污水中加入100 mg/L的PAC和〈10 mg/L的CPAM,絮体生成快且上浮,下层水较清。图7表3参15。
The concept, preparation, application and advantages over powdered and gelled polymers are presented for "water-in-water emulsion" of cationic polyacrylamide CPAM in an introductory part. The preparation of a 20% "W/W emulsion" of CPAM is described by copolymerizing acrylamide and methacrylamidoxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride in aqueous solution at the presence of a stabilizer and an initiator. Cationization degree (CID) 22.83-28.01%, wide molar mass distribution, and characteristic viscosity [η] at 30℃ in 1 mol/L NaCl solution 184.5-232.8 mL/g are determined for CPAM of 3 laboratory "W/W emulsion" samples and CID 26.98 % and [η] 254.7 mL/g——of an experimental batch preparation sample. Polymer particles of several hundred to 2 thousand nanometers in diameter are observed under polarization microscope. A laboratory CPAM "W/W emulsion" sample with viscosity 30 mPa-s and a batch sample with viscosity 1600 mPa's are diluted with distilled water to mass fraction of CPAM 0.16-0.08 to change into aqueous gel and further to ≤0. 053 to give easily flowable aqueous solution, When treating produced water from water treating plant Xin-1, Shengli,of TSD = 51347 mg/L and oil content 426.5 mg/L by using the CPAM "W/W emulsion", the turbidity reduction of the treated water increases with increasing CPAM dosage; introducing PAC at dosage 100 mg/L together with CPAM leads to an increase in the highest turbidity reduction from 70% to 97% ; the higher the molar mass and the CID of CPAM in "W/ W emulsion" the more effective the flocculation of the treated water; the oil content of the treated water decreases by 95.4-97.1% by PAC at 100 mg/L + CPAM at 0.5 mg/L, In a field trial performed in water treating plant Xin-1, introducing PAC at 100 mg/L and CPAM at 〈 10 mg/L leads to fast creation of floccules, which float upwardz with clearer underlying water remained.
