Research on the Optimization of Complex Product Production Management Based on TRIZ and Theory of Constraints

摘要 针对现阶段复杂产品技术管理和生产管理过程中存在的问题,提出基于TRIZ和约束理论结合的生产管理优化方法。首先,对复杂产品生产流程的特点进行分析,以管理优化为目标,构建复杂产品生产协同管理模型。其次,深入研究产品在研发、计划生产、生产、产品检测和改进阶段的问题,提出生产协同管理流程,实现了产品生产的精细化管理。最后,以创新管理为核心,构建了生产协同管理优化模型,阐述了在生产流程管理中发现问题、分析问题,解决问题的方法,应用TRIZ等理论对问题解决和评价。以某型号深海勘探工程船的生产管理为例,验证了该模型的有效性。 Aiming at the problems in the process of complex products technical management and production management,a production management optimization method based on the combination of TRIZ and TOC theory is proposedFirstly,the characteristics of the production process of complex products are analyzed,and the collaborative management model of complex product production is established with management optimization as the goalSecondly,the product issues in the stages of research and development,planned production,production,product testing and improvement are studied,and the collaborative production management process is proposed to achieve the refined management of product productionFinally,with innovation management as the core,a production collaborative management optimization model is constructed,and the methods of finding,analyzing and solving problems in production process management are expoundedTRIZ and other theories are applied to solve the problemsTaking the production management of a certain type of deep sea exploration engineering ship as an example,the effectiveness of the model is verified.
