摘要
针对重大工程管理的复杂性特点,结合发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)中的发明原理与方法,尝试以新的视角思考工程管理思想的变革与创新问题。结合易经六十四卦的构成方式、卦象含义以及典型工程管理情境,将发明原理进行分解与表述,旨在降低发明原理的模糊性,提高工程管理领域下的应用有效性,并为发明原理的自动检索的实现提供可行性。
This paper aims to innovate engineering management thoughts from a new perspective by integrating TRIZ inventive principles and methodologies in accordance with the complexity of Mega - Projects management. The research discusses the philosophy of TRIZ from the point of dialectics through analyzing the common points and features between TRIZ and I - Ching. By combining the structures and meanings of hexagrams with typical engineering management scenarios, this paper then decomposes and represents 40 inventive principles in order to reduce their fuzziness and improve the effectiveness of implementation in the area of engineering management. It also provides the feasibility of retrieval automatically.
