摘要
中试研究大孔树脂吸附真实工况废气中的高浓度氯苯。在废气总管上安装支管,引出风量15 m^(3)/h,氯苯浓度在11000~13000 mg/m^(3)范围内波动。研究了尾气流速、温度对吸附效果的影响,还研究了蒸汽温度对脱附效果的影响,最后进行了稳定性实验。结果表明,尾气流速在10~20 m^(3)/h之间波动时,氯苯回收率均达到99.8%以上。树脂脱附氯苯性能与脱附蒸汽温度相关,脱附蒸汽温度越低,脱附蒸汽用量越大,脱附率不受温度影响。固定吸附、脱附条件,重复运行3周期,稳定性良好。
A pilot study of macroporous resin adsorption of high-concentration chlorobenzene in exhaust gas under real working conditions was taken in this paper.A branch pipe is installed on the exhaust gas main pipe,to introduce the gas with volume of 15m^(3)/h,and the concentration of chlorobenzene fluctuates in the range of 11000-13000mg/m^(3).The effect of exhaust gas flow rate and temperature on the adsorption efficiency was studied,and the effect of steam temperature on the desorption was also studied.Finally,stability experiments were carried out.The results show that when the exhaust gas flow rate fluctuates between 10 and 20m^(3)/h,the recovery rate of chlorobenzene all reaches more than 99.8%.The performance of resin desorption of chlorobenzene is related to the temperature of desorption steam.The lower the temperature of desorption steam,the larger the amount of desorption steam,while the desorption rate is able to stay unchanged.Under fixed adsorption and desorption conditions,we repeated the operation for 3 cycles,and the good stability is obtained for the system.
