摘要
考察了自制ZSM-5分子筛对甲苯气体的吸附-脱附性能,并与市售MCM-22分子筛进行了对比实验。实验结果表明:在吸附温度为25℃、进口甲苯质量浓度为840 mg/m3、吸附气体流速为0.016 m/s、床层高度为15 cm的条件下,出口甲苯质量浓度达到0.8 mg/m3时的穿透时间为82 min,吸附效率为4.26 mg/g;在脱附温度为80℃、脱附气体流速为0.016 m/s的条件下,脱附35 min时出口甲苯质量浓度达到最大,为1 220 mg/m3。自制ZSM-5分子筛的吸附-脱附性能优于市售MCM-22分子筛。
The adsorption-desorption capabilities of self-made molecular sieve ZSM-5 for gaseous toluene were studied and compared with those of commercial molecular sieve MCM-22.The experimental results show that:When the adsorption temperature is 25 ℃,the inlet toluene mass concentration is 840 mg/m3,the adsorption gas flow rate is 0.016 m/s,the bed height is 15 cm and the outlet toluene mass concentration is 0.8 mg/m3,the breakthrough time is 82 min and the adsorption efficiency is 4.26 mg/g;When the desorption temperature is 80 ℃,the desorption gas flow rate is 0.016 m/s and the desorption time is 35 min,the largest outlet toluene mass concentration of 1 220 mg/m3 is reached.The adsorption-desorption capabilities of self-made molecular sieve ZSM-5 is better than those of commercial molecular sieve MCM-22.
