摘要
利用水溶液离子交换法对13X沸石分子进行了Ca2+交换改性,通过低温氮气(77.4K)吸附法测定了13X 和改性后的CaX沸石的吸附等温线,用密度函数理论计算出13X和CAX沸石的孔径分布。然后对5A、ZSM-5、13X、 CaY型沸石分子筛吸附甲醛的性能进行了研究,发现CaX沸石对甲醛的吸附量较高,穿透时间延长。推知沸石的孔径和沸石骨架中的阳离子对提高甲醛的吸附性能起了主要作用。并分析了浓度对吸附效果的影响和CaX沸石活化后重复使用的情况。
13X zeolite was ion - exchanged with Ca^2+ in aqueous solutions.The porous structure parameters of the 13X and ion- exchanged CaX zeolite under study were investigated using nitrogen adsorption at the low temperature 77.4K.The pore size distributions of the 13X and CaX zeolites under study were calculated by density functional theory.Adsorptions of formaldehyde on 5A,ZSM-5,13X,CaX zeolites were investigated and compared, Restdts indicated that CaX zeolite had a significant increase in the adsorption capaetities and prolongation of breakthrough time on removing of fomaldehyde.With the aid of these analyses, the realtionship between structttre, cations on molecular sieves framework and adsorption properties of zeolites for removing forrnaldehyde was revealed.The effect of forrnaldehyde concentration and the adsorption capacity of CaX zeolite having been used in adsorption were also studied.
