摘要 针对工业废气二氯甲烷难处理的问题,本研究提出了运用两塔串联吸收流程,采用Aspen Plus软件进行模拟计算。经过模拟计算分析,笔者确定了两吸收塔所用的吸收剂分别为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(以下简称DMF)、水。采用严格计算模型计算可得,最终吸收塔2出口二氯甲烷、DMF废气浓度均小于5 mg/m^3。通过实验室验证,结果与计算结果基本一致,为放大设计提供了依据。 In order to solve the problem of difficult treatment of dichloromethane from industrial waste gas,a two-tower tandem absorption process was proposed and simulated by Aspen Plus software.After simulation calculation and analysis,the absorbents used in the two absorption towers are N,N-dimethylformamide(hereinafter referred to as DMF)and water.The exhaust gas concentrations of dichloromethane and DMF at the outlet of the final absorption tower 2 are less than 5 mg/m^3 by rigorous calculation model.Through laboratory verification,the results are basically consistent with the calculation results,which provides a basis for the amplification design.
