摘要
某石化厂C205、C206当初设计的汽提蒸汽温度为350℃,目前采用汽提蒸汽的温度仅为230℃。为弄清汽提蒸汽对于分离效果(以产品初馏点为指标)的影响,利用Aspen Plus分别对汽提蒸汽的流量、温度以及压力进行模拟,分别得出相应的曲线并加以解释。针对装置的开工负荷的不同,给出了对于C205汽提蒸汽用量的建议性曲线。
Factory petrochemical plant C205,C206 designed stripping steam temperature is 350℃,at present only by stripping steam temperature is 230℃.To make clear the stripping steam for separation effect(product initial boiling point as the index),the effect of using Aspen Plus of stripping steam flow,respectively,to simulate the temperature and pressure and draw the corresponding curve and explained respectively.In view of the work load of different devices,for given C205 stripping steam dosage recommended curve.
