摘要
为探究不同种植模式对平顶山市郏县烤烟内在质量和致香物质的影响,以中烟100为试验材料,通过田间小区试验研究了烤烟连作、烟麦套种和烟薯套种3种种植模式对烤烟钾、氯含量、致香物质和感官质量的影响。结果表明:与烤烟连作相比,烟麦套种会降低烟叶的致香物质含量、钾离子含量和感官评吸质量,提高氯离子含量,烟薯套种能够显著提交烟叶的致香物质含量、钾离子含量和感官评吸质量,降低氯离子含量。因此,为保证优质烟叶有效供给,满足卷烟工业原料需求,在平顶山烟区应严格限制烟麦套种,对烟薯套种模式加以推广应用。
In order to explore the effects of different planting patterns on the internal quality and aroma substances of flue-cured tobacco in Jiaxian of Pingdingshan,a field plot experiment was conducted with Zhongyan 100 as the experimental material.The effects of 3 planting patterns,i.e.,succession cropping,interplanting of tobacco-wheat and interplanting of tobacco-sweet potato on the content of potassium,chlorine and aroma substances and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied.The results showed that:compared with succession cropping of flue-cured tobacco,intercropping of tobacco-wheat could reduce the contents of aroma substances and potassium ions and sensory evaluation quality of tobacco leaves,and improve the contents of chloride ions.Interplanting of tobacco-sweet potato could significantly improve the contents of aroma substances and potassium ions and sensory evaluation quality of tobacco leaves,and reduce the content of chloride ions.Therefore,in order to ensure the effective supply of high-quality tobacco and meet the demand of raw materials for cigarette industry,the intercropping of tobacco-wheat should be strictly restricted in Pingdingshan tobacco growing area,and the intercropping mode of tobacco-sweet potato should be popularized and applied.
