微波消解-连续流动火焰光度法测定烤烟中的钾含量 被引量:16

摘要 用HNO3-H2O2体系于微波消解仪中密闭消解烟草样品,以连续流动火焰光度法快速测定烤烟中的钾含量,方法回收率在99.47%~100.08%之间,相对标准偏差小于2%,与标准值的相对误差为1.19%.并与硫酸常压消化方式相比,操作步骤少,速度快,精密度和准确度高. Tobacco samples are digested by a HNO3-H2O2 system in a closed microwave digestion instrument,and are then determined by the continuous flow analysis.A method of quantitative analysis of potassium in flue-cured tobacco has been established.The results showed that the recoveries were between 99.47%~100.08% and the relative standard deviations were lower than 2%.The results were in agreement with certified values with a relative error of 1.19%.As compared with the sulfuric acid atmosphereric pressure digestion method,this method can determine the contents of potassium in flue-cured tobacco accurately and rapidly.
