某600 MW机组部件脱落引起的振动故障分析及处理 被引量:2

摘要 针对某600 MW机组启动过程中发生联轴器部件脱落引起振动的问题,根据振动特征和对突变前、后的振动进行矢量分析,突变前同相、反相分量较小;突变后同相、反相分量增加,且反相分量增加较大。分析表明2根低压转子两端或者一端的平衡状态发生变化,结合2根低压转子的外端轴承振动突变较小,确认是低压转子一端的平衡状态发生变化。采用正向推理方法分析振动故障,逐步缩小振动故障范围,利用该方法可以快速分析出振动故障类型及位置,大大提高了准确率,为同类型故障分析及处理提供参考。 According to the vibration characteristics and the vector analysis of the vibration before and after the mutation,a 600 MW unit is shaken due to the coupling component falling off during the startup process.When the component increases,the inverse component increases more.The analysis shows that the balance state at both ends or one end of the two low-pressure rotors changes.The vibration mutation of the outer bearing of the two low-pressure rotors is small,which confirms that the balance state at one end of the low-pressure rotor changes.Vibration faults are analyzed using a forward reasoning method,which gradually narrow the scope of vibration faults.Using this method,the types and locations of vibration faults can be quickly analyzed,which improve the accuracy and provides a reference for the analysis of the same type of faults.
