摘要
现场总线技术已经在火电厂得到越来越广泛的应用,相应地对于现场总线控制系统、设备的维护、故障查找分析等方面的经验、手段等相较常规电气设备仍显得较为欠缺。对现场总线设备的安装维护、内部参数设置以及电磁干扰等几个方面引起的故障原因进行分析,并提出了处理方法及防范措施,为现场总线控制系统设备维护工作提供一些解决问题的思路。
Fieldbus technology has been more and more widely used in thermal power plants, correspondingly, the experience and means for maintenance of fieldbus control system and equipment, fault finding and analysis are still deficient compared with those for conventional electrical equipment. This paper analyzes the causes of fault induced by the installation and maintenance of fieldbus equipment, internal parameter setting and electromagnetic interference etc., and puts forward the treatment methods and preventive measures so as to provide some ideas to solve the problems for the maintenance of fieldbus control system equipment.
