摘要
回顾1949年以来中医教育的发展历程,提出中医临床思维能力培养和多学科交叉是中医高层次、复合型人才培养的决定因素。认为:应对新时期的中医教育改革,要强化顶层设计;明确中医药高等院校的办学定位,重视临床能力的培养;要尊重中医药自身发展规律,强调以"中医"为本;要以调研结合数据的方式推动教学改革;以教师为中心,建立科学的培养和考评机制,强化教师讲授能力和业务水平。同时,中医教学还应强调临床实用性,以中医经典和名家名篇为中心,把导师制与师承教育相结合作为特色,加强临床实习基地建设,以强带弱,打通课堂教学、临床实习与就业,并着力打造以中医临床为核心的融合性高层次团队。
In this paper the authors point out that enhancing TCM clinical thinking ability and multidisciplinary cultivating are the decisive factors for high quality TCM talents based on the review of TCM education since 1949.It is suggested that we should attach importance to top-level design,identify cultivating goals,develop clinical ability,and respect the law of TCM development. We should also promote teaching reform by integrating research,constructing teaching and learning assessment based on TCM disciplines,and emphasizing teachers’ ability. TCM clinical practice should be emphasized by TCM classics learning and practice. Practice bases should be characterized by master-apprentice teaching mode which can link classroom teaching, clinical practice and employment. In this process,we should construct TCM clinic-oriented teaching team.
