摘要
首轮"双一流"建设即将面临评估验收,这不仅检验各大高校"双一流"的建设成效,更关系着下一轮"双一流"的竞争遴选。针对现有的"双一流"建设评价存在的问题与不足,通过区块链技术思维树立主体性、增值性、系统性等三大发展性理念,借助区块链技术结构设置评价思想、价值导向、良性生态、载体方法四大逻辑进路,发挥区块链技术手段从核心要素、标准方式、多元主体的路径维度以及整体视域、专业领域、个体场域、价值限域的实践角度进行理路创新与协同运用,从而建构"双一流"建设发展性评价综合系统体系,对"双一流"建设成果开展动态性、发展性、科学性、系统性的评价与考量,为"双一流"建设的总结分析与迭代更新提供评价保障与科学支撑。
