摘要
随着数字化科技革命的不断深入,数字信息化的现代科技已经深入影响社会发展的各个领域方面。借助数字信息化的科技手段,结合科技创新及产业发展的目标需求,区域一体化发展的转型升级,扭转区域内部与区域间协同不足,全面梳理区域整合驱动的科学依据,针对科技创新及产业发展过程中的目标、内容、载体、领域、效果有针对性地提出区域一体化效能提升的方式与有效路径,系统地通过数字化将区域一体化体制机制优势更好转化为国家治理现代化的效能,以数字信息技术强力助推科技创新及产业优化发展。
With the deepening of the digital scientific and technological revolution, the modern technology of digital informatization has deeply affected all fields of social development.With the help of scientific and technological means of digital informatization, combined with the target needs of scientific and technological innovation and industrial development, the transformation and upgrading of regional integration development, reverse the lack of coordination within and between regions, comprehensively sort out the scientific basis driven by regional integration, and put forward targeted ways and effective paths to improve the efficiency of regional integration according to the objectives, contents, carriers, fields and effects in the process of scientific and technological innovation and industrial development, Systematically convert the advantages of regional integration system and mechanism into the efficiency of national governance modernization through digitization, and strongly promote scientific and technological innovation and industrial optimization and development with digital information technology.
